Re-invention takes 18–24 months minimum. If you need results in six months, we're not the right partner. This work requires patience and sustained commitment. There are no shortcuts to fundamental transformation, and anyone promising otherwise is either naive or dishonest.
Lack commitment to fundamental change
Reinvention requires difficult choices and uncomfortable conversations. If you're not prepared to question core assumptions about your business, this won't work. Transformation demands courage to let go of what once worked but no longer serves the future.
